The legal notice on this page identifies the title the holder of this website as it has been established in the article 10 of the law of services of information and e-commerce. This legal warning also contains information on the legalities of protection of personal data created by RIEGO DOMESTICO SL.
The products offered on this website are meant for private use, so that their acquisition is subject to the conditions referred to in the sales contract.
The sales contract is considered final when the client confirms his order, for which he will have to agree beforehand to said conditions which have already been indicated. For this reason RIEGO DOMESTICO SL recommends that their clients are well informed and read the legal notice as well as the general conditions also the identifying information on the product in which everything is specified, price, mode of transport, before they send out the acceptance, formalize the order and finish up the contract.
The existing contract is held in the legal framework established by the civil code, law 7/1998 of general conditions of contracts and the law 7/1996 of the minority order of commerce so that the consumer is covered by all the established guarantees established for his/her protection in the law 26/1984 in the defense of consumers and users and 23/2003 guarantees in the sale of goods for consumption.
On the other hand this contract takes place within the general framework established by the society of services and information and ecommerce.
All the data given by the client during the sales process is treated in the same way as outlined in the organic law 15/1999 of the protection of personal data which is spelled out in the section privacy policy.
Once the customer’s information has been taken and the product has been chosen and qualified by price and other characteristics pertinent to that product, the following conditions will be maintained:
1. Payment method
This contract is perfected and binding on the parties so that the seller is now entering upon an agreement in which he must deliver the goods to the buyer and the buyer accepts that the price stated has been agreed upon and established by the seller.
The full price of the product indicated in the bar next to each product will be paid in one of the following ways. The customer may choose which way he prefers to pay.
1. Payment by credit card or debit..
The customer can decide to pay by credit card or debit and this will be acknowledged immediately once the order has been placed.
2. Payment by bank transfer.
The customer will make a bank transfer for the full amount payable to RIEGO DOMESTICO, S.L. In order for this payment method to be valid a maximum of 7 working days will be given as a waiting period from the date of the order for confirmation. If after 7 days the transfer has not arrived to the seller, the order will be cancelled automatically and the contract will be null and void for both seller and buyer.
In the transfer, the customer should include the following information:
- Persons name, or the name the order should be billed to if it is not the same name as the customer, including all billing information, the address of the order if different form the customers address, town, district, city and contact phone number.
- Order number which will be automatically assigned once the order is completed.
- Indicate the recipient of the transfer as RIEGO DOMESTICO SL.
3. COD – Collect on Delivery.
Once the product has been delivered, the customer will pay the delivery man the full cost of the order including the sales tax. Once this has been paid the contract will have been complied with.
2. Right to revoke
According to Article 44 of the Retail Trade the buyer has the right to revoke the existing contract 7 days after he/she has received the merchandise. Once the buyer has contacted the seller to advise him, the buyer needs to return the goods to the seller in the same condition in which he/she received it. The seller will then return the amount of the product within a maximum 15 day period from the date that the seller has received the merchandise. This date will be confirmed by the carrier’s delivery note.
No returns will be accepted outside the stipulated agreements.
A return should be acknowledged via email at the following address direccion@ridoweb.com within the indicated time. In response to the buyers request he/she will receive confirmation of the information received and they will receive all the information necessary to return whatever they need to return (return number, type of mailing, return address).
The return will not penalize the buyer, but he/she should be responsible for ensuring he/she receives their return costs in the manner outlined in section three of this article.
3. Transportation and Delivery
1. Shipping costs:
- The shipping cost of merchandise are borne by RIEGO DOMESTICO SL.
- In the event of a return – as has been pointed out in article 44 of the Retail Trade – the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
2. Delivery:
- The product will be delivered between 5 to 10 days from the confirmation date of the bank transfer.
- This timing might vary due to the products, the sizes, packing and towns to which they are being delivered. This information is outlined in each products description label.
- The merchandise will be delivered at the allotted time indicated on the products label, unless the customer specifies a later date.
In such cases where there is reduced inventory due to high customer demand or there is no inventory available whatsoever, the customer will be advised and a new delivery date set up. We will try and make this delivery timing as short as possible. In case the product is no longer available or has been discontinued, this will be communicated to the customer , so that the customer can either decide to chose another product with similar features or cancel the product altogether. If the customer chooses to cancel the order the process of returning the paid amount will take place. (See first clause – Payment Methods).
- If there has been a justifiable failure and the product has not arrived and the seller has not gotten back to you 10 days after the order was supposed to be delivered, the buyer can ask to have the contract revoked, cancel his contract and ask for his money back.
- What is not considered a justifiable failure on behalf of the seller is if the delay is attributable to the buyer of his own volition or difficulty in tracking down their location because of the lack of information provided by the buyer.
3. Transport:
- Merchandise is shipped out daily from Mon- Fri. Once the customer’s information has been released the customer can decide upon a preferred date or time for the shipment.
In this instance if the product arrives late for any reason the late fee will be the responsibility of the customer not RIEGO DOMESTICO SL. RD recommends that if a time and date is not agreed upon with the transportation company that the customer contact the Customer Service Department and inform them about this so that Post Sales Customer Service facilitate the delivery by other means.
- The price of shipment is already included in the price of the product, but this only includes the shipment of the product directly to the clients place of residence within Spain or the Baleares. We cannot accept orders that need to be shipped to the Canary Islands or Ceuta.
- All merchandise is insured against possible liabilities with regard to transport, loss, and handling. In case of defects due to shipment the customer should include the defect in the carrier’s delivery note. We will not accept defective claims caused by shipping 24 hours after the arrival of the goods.
- Upon arrival of the merchandise, the customer will also receive a corresponding confirmation of arrival. The customer will also receive the original invoice at the same time. If the customer does not receive the original invoice they can request it at this email – direccion@ridoweb.com. They should include the name of the person that was billed, the order number and their email address.
4. Warranty
In conjunction with the law 23/2003 warranty of the sale of goods, RIEGO DOMESTICO SL. guarantees all of its products as per this contract and in general for a period of 24 months in case of any defect or lack of conformity with the characteristics as specified by us.
We recognize the customers right to have the product repaired without cost or replaced and their right to renegotiate the contract if the issue comes up. In order to put the warranty into effect, the customer should contact RIEGO DOMESTICO SL via email at direccion@ridoweb.com
RIEGO DOMESTICO S.L. guarantees that all of its products in the catalogue have been made to all the specifications and legal procedures which are required for this type of product. RIEGO DOMESTICO S.L. promises to replace any defective product and any product that does not reflect the description in the catalogue.
5. Communications
The signatories of this contract, in case you need to contact them, have the website site www.ridoweb.com as their address and RIEGO DOMESTICO SL as their name. This appears on the Legal notice and as the address. It also appears on the sales form.
If for any reason there is an issue that needs to be addressed in the transaction, the signatories would be under the jurisdiction of Alicante.
6. Pricing Conditions
www.ridoweb.com and its title holder RIEGO DOMESTICO SL reserve the right to change the price of its products and services offered on its website www.ridoweb.com. To guarantee the customer the true price of a product, the price he/she will pay will hold to the price advertised when the order was placed.

The first thing to do is to choose a product from the catalogue and add it to the shopping cart. The process is pretty simple, remember you can navigate the different categories of our catalogue or reach the category that interests you directly if you look under the product search.
Once you have decided which product you want to purchase, all you have to do is click on it to get to the product item and then indicate how many you would like to buy and select option “add to my basket”. The product is now in your shopping cart.

All the products we offer on our website include all the mailing and delivery costs only for addresses in the country of Spain and the Balearic Islands.
A delivery time varies from product to product. This also depends on the product size, packing and the provinces they are being delivered to. This information is included on each product label. Products are sent out Monday to Friday, and usually we tell you the date and time you can expect the delivery, so you can tell us whether this works for you or not. If our specified date doesn’t work, we can accommodate the timing so that it works for your schedule.
With each delivery order, you will get a copy of the bill and at the same time we will send you by email the original billing. If you don’t receive it, you can ask for a copy at direccion@ridoweb.com. You should include the name on the bill and the order number.

Our return policy on items that are defective on arrival or have been mistakenly sent is that they need to be returned to us no later than 7 days after they have been received. The day that they arrive is also included in these seven days. There will be no penalties during this period but the customer will be responsible for paying the return mailing cost (This is in accordance with Section 3 Article 44 /Law of the Retail Trade).
In order to file a return all you have to do is send us an email to direccion@ridoweb.com in the time indicated, identifying the item that you would like to return and the order number that has been included. In a short time you will receive an email pointing out the steps you need to take and the return number.
Please take into account that no returns will be accepted after the 7 day grace period that was outlined.
